6. ACER LIQUID Z5 DUO (Z150) akan melanjutkan proses hard reset sampai handheld siap untuk digunakan lagi dalam mode factory default.

Recomended metode untuk kasus diatas adalah pada langkah dibawah ini

Metode II. Hard Reset ACER LIQUID Z5 DUO (Z150) menggunakan Hardware Key Button:.

1. Handheld harus dalam keadaan Turn Off.
2. Pastikan battery terisi / charge maksimal
3. Sebisa mungkin back up semua data
4. Tekan dan tahan T ombol Power + Volume Up secara bersamaan sampai handheld bergetar dan menampilkan menu pada LCD.

5. Pilihlah Recovery Mode menu. Arahkan dengan tombol Volume Up dan Tekan Volume Down untuk pilihan OK at au eksekusi menu
6. Tunggu sampai Android logo Muncul, dan tekan tombol Power Button
7. Pilih Wipe data/factory reset menu. Arahkan dengan tombol Volume Down dan tekan tombol Volume Up untuk pilihan OK

8. Sekarang pilihlah "yes" menggunakan tombol volume down dan eksekusilah menggunakan tombol power.

Xperia XA Ultra drops to below 300 in US

The Sony Xperia XA Ultra has received another price cut in the US, where Amazon is now selling the device for under $300 - $298.48 to be precise. Its been less than a couple of weeks since the devices US launch, and this is already the second price cut it has received.

For those doing the math, that translates into a total discount of over $70 given that the handsets launch price in the US was $369.99. The deal, which is available on both black and white color variants of the handset, also includes a 64GB memory card.

Those interested in availing the deal may have to act fast as the listings currently say that only few units are left in stock.

Report suggests the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will have bigger batteries than the S7 duo

Samsung SDI will provide the batteries for the Galaxy S8 and a new report suggests they will have larger capacities than the S7 batteries.

The Galaxy S8 will have a 3,250mAh battery and the Galaxy S8 Plus a 3,750mAh one according to the report. That’s up from S7’s 3,000mAh and S7 edge’s 3,600mAh battery.

Those batteries will have to feed larger screens - 5.8” and 6.2” according to the latest info - though the Snapdragon 835 is reportedly more battery efficient than the 820 chipset it replaces. The rumor mill expects the Galaxy S8 duo to go on sale on April 21 for €800 and €900 respectively.

Samsung Q2 financial guidance points to highest ever profits

Samsung had an impressive first quarter of 2017, and the company is headed to an even better Q2 with more than 20% rise in both sales and operating profit. The company announced its earnings guidance for Q2 2017 where sales are estimated to be around KRW60 trillion, or about $52 billion.

According to the press release, it is also expecting a record-breaking operational profit. The number stood at KRW9.9 trillion for January-March, and it jumped to KRW14 trillion or about $12.2 billion in Q2.

The numbers are certainly good news for Samsung. Q2 2017 is going to be the most successful quarter for the company ever, leaping over Q4 2016 and Q1 2017, the current most profitable quarters. For comparison, last Christmas sales were around KRW53 trillion, or about $46 billion.

The earnings guidance is coming after record-smashing sales of the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+. The reborn Galaxy Not e Fan Edition was also launched, but sales will be accounted for the next fiscal quarter.

OxygenOS 4 1 5 update for OnePlus 3 3T brings system push notifications

OnePlus has started pushing out a new update to its OnePlus 3 and 3T smartphones. Arriving as OxygenOS 4.1.5, the update adds system push notifications (for important information from the company) and fixes some major bugs.

A VoLTE issue that was being observed on some Jio SIM cards has been fixed. So is the connection issue on Android Auto and a storage issue present on third-party file managers.

The new firmware updates network settings for select carriers and OnePlus Community app to v1.8. The WiFi no internet indication icon has also been modified.

Several optimizations related to battery, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS, proximity sensor, camera low light focus, and expanded screenshot are part of the update and so are the Android security fixes for May.
