Huawei P10 lite is now official, after a series of full-blown leaks and retailers listings. The latest addition to the P10 series is keeping the focus on performance, camera, and battery efficiency, and will launch in two weeks.
Huawei P10 lite was already by various retailers across the EU so we knew almost everything about it but now we can officially confirm these were true. The hadnset brings a 5.2" display of 1080p resolution and runs on the Kirin 658 chipset with an octa-core A53 processor and Mali-T830MP2 GPU. There are 4GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage on board.
The P10 lite features a 12MP main camera with f/2.2 lens, and an 8MP selfie snapper. Huawei has implemented the P10s Portrait Selfie mode into the P10 lites camera app and it should provide for some cool selfies with bokeh effects.
Huawei P10 lite is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery capable of 18W fast charging. Th e phone runs on Android Nougat with the latest EMUI 5.1 and all of its software features including knuckle gestures, Quik integration, better performance, Power Saver 5.0, and memory optimizations.
The P10 lite will launch on March 31 in Midnight Black and Platinum Gold, and both color options will come with ceramic sandblasted finish. UK pre-orders kick off today through Carphone Warehouse, EE, and Vodafone and the phone will set you back £299.
Huawei P10 lite goes on pre-order in the UK side by side with the P10 (£549) and P10 Plus (£649). The P10 lite and P10 will be available globally on March 31, while the Plus model will go on sale a week later - on April 7.
