  3. Then, power on again by press and hold the combination button as shown below at the same time.

  5. Now, wait a minute for your phone to enter Tizen System Recovery.
  6. Use volume down to highlight the menu, and power button to confirm.
  7. Now highlight Phone reinitialization, and press the power button.

  8. Then, at the next screen, you must highlight Yes,  and press the power button again. in order to proceed the hard reset on your Samsung Z4 Tizen.
  9. Now, your phone will reboot. 
  10. Once it boots up, your Samsung Z4 Tizen is restored to factory setting.
