The Xiaomi Mi 5 is already a few months old at this point, and the Chinese company is reportedly working on its successor already. This will be called Mi 5s and its expected to be on the market at some point in the second half of the year.
As its name implies, it wont be a radical departure from the Mi 5, but it will bring some new things. One of those is allegedly going to be a pressure-sensitive display, which will enable functionality akin to Apples 3D Touch.
Additionally, the Mi 5s will use Qualcomms ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and a dual-camera setup on the back. 6GB of RAM might be in too, at least in the highest-end iteration of the new model. Everything else should stay similar to the Mi 5, including the design. The Mi 5s will thus feature the same 5.15-inch 1080p touchscreen as its predecessor.
No other details are known at this time, but with the Mi 5s still being a few months off right now, we expect to see many more rumors about it soon.
