Method 1: Restart device
Turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. Now try to sync again. If that didnt work, turn off Bluetooth again and then restart your phone. If your Bluetooth is working fine but you are still unable to sync your MiBand in MiFit, proceed to method 2:Method 2: Unpairing the Mi Band from the Mi Fit settings
- Open Mi Fit
- Go to Settings >> Tap âMi Bandâ (signed in)
- It will show âno bandâ error
- Scroll down and tap âUnpairâ >> OK
- Close Mi Fit app and restart it
